Casa África is an instrument for public diplomacy of the Government of Spain which serves the State’s foreign policy.
Given its main objective of enhancing mutual knowledge and promoting relations between Africa and Europe, Up & Coming organized an international meeting for Casa Africa at the European Parliament in 2010.
The meeting included the presence of parliamentarians from ten African nations.
