Popular weather forecaster Mario Picazo and top chef with 2 Michelin stars Sergi Arola were invited by Up & Coming to the northwestern Spanish region Galicia to spend 24hrs on a trawler boat and see what is going on at sea for the Niunpezporlaborda.org (Fish Fight) campaign.
We filmed then the main viral video of the campaign, and co-produced two chapters of national TV’s eco programme “Biodiario”, daily on TVE (La2).
We also promoted the D-roll footage of this journey as an exclusive, which resulted featured on leading TV weekend edition news programme, the RTVE’s Telediario Fin de Semana.
It was the first time Niunpezporlaborda.org (Fish Fight) was on TV in Spain and more than 2 million people saw the report. National stars, such as Miguel Bosé, Nacho Duato and actress Blanca Suárez – star of Almodovar’s latest films – joined the Niunpezporlaborda.org campaign.
