In May 2011, Up & Coming went to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia and the European Capital of Culture 2011 to film a report about how the tiny Baltic country has become a good example of making free internet access widespread.
The report was broadcast by TV programme “Cámara Abierta” on the national TV Channel RTVE (La2) in September that year, and was seen by 100,000 viewers.
We interviewed popular bloggers of Nami Nami and Mõtelda on mõnus and member of Parliament Marko Mihkelson to analyze this revolution.
